Refund Policy
At MAYLIST Beauty, we work with third-party suppliers to fulfill your orders. Due to the nature of our dropshipping business, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless specifically approved under certain conditions. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
- We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
- MAYLISTBeauty.ca reserves the right to refuse any return requests at any time.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
- If your order is still in processing, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- To request a cancellation, email help@maylistbeauty.ca with your Order# and name in the subject line.
Granted Returns
While we do not generally accept returns, in rare cases where a return is approved (such as for damaged or defective items), the following conditions apply:
Return Request Process
- Contact us at help@maylistbeauty.ca with your Order#, product name, and reason for return.
- We will review your request and confirm whether a return is permitted.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the supplier’s return address.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in unopened condition.
- We do not refund original shipping costs.
- The return must be sent directly to the supplier’s warehouse, not our business address.
Return Shipping & Refund Process
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs, which are non-refundable.
- A trackable shipping method is required, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Once the supplier receives and approves the return, refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks and credited to your original payment method.
- Please allow at least two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will work with our supplier to provide a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
